Football festival in the children's hospital

Football festival in the children's Hospital:

For one afternoon the lecture hall of the Children's Hospital Amsterdam street Cologne was transformed into a temple of football. About 100 big and small football fans gathered there in front of a large screen for the third group match of Toni Kroos and the German national team against Northern Ireland.

A clown and balloon artist, a children's make-up station and a dancing bear ensured smiling faces well before the game starts. With a child-friendly buffet, guests could strengthen. And Mr. Ben took care with frozen yoghurt for cooling in the warm weather.

The atmosphere reached its peak, when Toni Kroos personally with a video message turned towards his guests and wished all a lot of fun. The game was then to the fact that the mood remained good. The early goal from Mario Gomez and a great team effort from Toni and his teammates made sure that in the end many delighted faces were celebrating Germany winning the group.

We thank the team of the Children's Hospital and all partners for their support and hope that especially the children had an unforgettable day!
